Manager Terminal St. Eustatius
Insures that proper safety procedures are carried out at the terminal. Manages operations and monitors scheduling of products for incoming and outgoing vessels and transfers carrying refined products. Insures quality control is carried through in the loading and receipt of product. Supervise cargo shipment system flow and daily operations. Insures that proper safety procedures are carried out at the terminal. Maintains accurate records and prepares required daily and monthly reports. Prepares work schedules for subordinates so that terminal and operations are performed efficiently. Insures compliance with federal and state regulations. Reduces potential risk to public safety and environment and minimize company liability. Improves operation efficiency and financial profitability through well maintained facilities. Communicates with customers and representatives will in solving issues and problems and ensures traffic department provides prompt and courtesy customer service. Able to assist General Manager and serve as interim General Manager when called upon. Ensure maintenance objectives are met for successful operational tasks. Ensure inventory systems such as TIS, OMM, are implemented, employees trained, and reporting requirements are met. Able to liaison with local government officials and representatives.

Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 10 years experience in product terminal maintenance, operations, and or scheduling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft products. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently proof work for accuracy. Ability to manage time and scheduling to meet appropriate deadlines. Ability to work successfully in stressful situations, and manage multiple tasks. Ability to use awareness of relationships and impacts of data trends and elements to appropriately recommend actions that impact both near and long-term company operations and profits. Ability to independently conduct job accountabilities. Ability to direct managers and supervisors. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Experience with inventory reporting and reconciliation. Experience with TIS, OMM, HMI applications is desired. Ability to work on a 24/7 basis. Serve as Incident Commander as called upon during incidents, hurricanes, etc.
